Great service would highly recommend

Good service, very happy

Dealt with Tom Cullen for the purchase of a Grand Punto for my daughter. Honest reliable and will deal with again soon for my own vehicle. Test drive discovered vehicle needed a clutch and this was replaced before its collection no quibles. What great guys to deal with. We travelled 200+ miles to make this deal. Happy with vehicle, sales and service. Awesome!

I had been looking for the above car for a while. Found one at Powerlease. Wasn't as close as I would have liked to where I live, but so glad I pursued the purchase. The member of staff who dealt with me was Thomas. He could not have done more to have made me welcome on my first visit. Made me a.coffee, then left me alone with the keys to the car, somI could investigate one my own. We had a good test drive and I bought the car. I asked for one specific item to be addressed, which was done without question. I was kept up to date with how and when my car would be ready. When I gave a certain date and time for collection, this was met without any problems. My Alfa is now home on my drive. Thank you. Very pleased with the service from Powerlease. The car purchased was very well presented, and came complete with a brand new MOT. The garage seemed very professional. Currently having an issue with a faulty CD player on the vehicle, which the garage are currently trying to resolve for me. But no complaints at all with the service provided. Would recommend this Car garage highly.

I found Powerlease a pleasure to do business with. The laid back and relaxed atmosphere made the whole experience of buying a car a pleasant one. Nino helped me with all the details related to the purchase and he was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him and his customer service was top notch.

Just over a week ago I travelled from South Wales to the area to view a few different cars, and decided to visit Powerlease after seeing some promising ads on Autotrader.

Overall I had a fantastic experience! The sales adviser Max knew the answer to every question I had, was very friendly and helpful, and didn't push me to decide anything at all.

After a quick look round of a few cars and a test drive, I'd settled on a silver 3 series, and was happy to take it there and then. The latest MOT had an advisory for rear break pads, without having to ask Max had offered to get the front and rear pads changed on the car before we left. Excellent show of good faith, and saved me a few quid in a couple of months time.

Highly recommend Powerlease to anyone. Paperwork was sorted quickly, and the staff I dealt with (Max and Craig) were brilliant. Couldn't fault the place.

Last week I bought my VOLVO XC70 from 'PowerLease' it was my first ever contact with them.
I'm very happy with Tom my consultant, very helpful and professional, have very tidy and clean desk- not always happen within car trade businesses.
I was offered a few financial options, however I decided to go for cash/card transaction.
Very large number of vehicles in one place to see. No pushed and forced by salesman.
as vehicle was due service, they done for me within price. on day of collection I noticed missing N/S/F wheel cap. Tom promised to post for me and ... he did!!!
I recommended them already for my friends. Trustworthy and professional.

A brilliant experience with Powerlease last week :) Tom was fantastic! He kept it all nice and simple for us, very honest, welcomed a test drive with me (which was brave of him), and didn't put me under pressure to hurry anything. A few days later I drove off in my lovely new Nissan Juke, which was fairly priced and I'm very pleased with it.

Another young gent went though the final paper work with me and answered my dozen-odd quiries. Didn't catch his name but another exceptional member of staff at Powerlease. I'll be heading back with my sister since I insist that she now purchase her car from there also when they get a Honda Jazz in stock. Couldn't be happier with the service and experience :)

Extremely professional service. Top marks for customer service to Craig and Thomas. Communication was excellent via email and by phone. Finance was arranged swiftly and I got to drive off on the same day. The car was valeted to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Just bought 62 plate Audi A6 Avant from them. Whole sale process was very professional from initial viewing and test drive through payment and car preparation. The only down side which i think might be a problem to some of the buyers is the waiting time for the car to be released. In my case it was the week but in that time car was fully and professionally cleaned in and out and the fresh MOT was provided. Although it wasn't a big issue to me as i've had second car in the household i'm pretty sure most of the buyers would prefer to drive off same day. Great service, friendly atmosphere and professionalism anyway.

Turned up late on a Saturday, near closing time. Everyone was very helpful and they still allowed me to test drive even though it was after closing time. Would highly recommend.
