HOW DOES RESERVE & COLLECT WORK
It's simple -- start your search online to find your car. Next, reserve your car online or over the phone, where you can also organise any finance as well as any part exchange, before arranging a time suitable to you to collect your car from your nearest branch.
That's it. Simply collect your car from one of 4 branches across South Wales and drive away all in one quick and easy visit.

How do I organise collection?
Reserve & Collect is available on all cars. You can collect your car within 24 hours if the car is available for Same Day Driveaway and you do not wish to move the car to a different branch. If the car is not currently available for Same Day Driveaway or you want to move the car to a different branch, we'll get in touch to let you know the next available collection date.
Do I pay a deposit?
You can secure any car with a debit or credit card using our Click, Reserve and Collection service or over the phone. A £99 will hold the car until collection, deposit are non-refundable only transferable to another vehicle unless you've been unable to get car finance through Ron Skinner & Sons. £99 reservation fee is included in the total amount payable and is not an additional fee. If you have chosen to purchase your car using finance, the £99 reservation fee is included in the amount you wish to pay towards your deposit.
Can I get finance?
Finance is available on all cars, subject to status, and is available from 9.9% APR. You can apply for finance online using our free online finance form which will give you a provisional answer in 60 seconds. A member of our finance broker team (Smile Car Finance) will contact you once you've submitted your application to discuss further. All our finance options are flexible, tailored to you and your credit circumstances and we can also settle any existing finance arrangements.
How do I arrange a part exchange?
A competitive part exchange valuation of your current vehicle can be offered online or over the phone and this is a valuation based on the description given. As part of the handover process, a member of the team will confirm the valuation is accurate. If the description of the car given online or over the phone is not completely accurate this may result in the valuation offer changing on collection.
